Made just for you

Every World of Capi product is printed on demand, specifically for your order. Because of this, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please double-check the size guide before ordering!

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

We've got you. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it free of charge — no need to return anything.

Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We'll get a replacement on its way to you as soon as possible.

Order never arrived?

If your tracking shows no movement or your order seems lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
